What is NEST? NEST is our first convertible chair with a defined top and bottom and yes, you'll instantly feel the safety, security and comforts of home the second you fall back into your very own NEST.
The giant pillow provides head, neck and back support and is completely removable when you need to wash your outer cover.
We also added pockets for phones and remotes, and a handy handle on the back to make it easy to drag around to your favorite locations.

Love the chair but the shredded foam mesh flattens and moves when you sleep on it so you feel the floor

Thanks so much for your review! It definitely could be that you need a bit more foam! Just a note that it takes several days to entirely fluff, and the longer the bed portion is in bed form, the more firm it will become. You will feel the floor if you remove the insert from the cover and immediately lay on it. Our best advice is to remove the insert and flip it 3-4 times like you would a pancake to distribute the foam evenly. Then just leave it be as long as you can until you're ready to sleep on it. It will firm right up and provide a great night's rest! I'll have a team member contact you to assist with any additional questions and concerns!

I intended to leave this in a spare bedroom for guests and I purchased it to save space. But after leaving it in the family room for a couple of days and using it to relax and watch movies, I decided it makes more sense there. My dogs have been taking turns sleeping in it during the day. It has basically replaced their dog bed now. :D

Great at first but after a few weeks not near as fluffy and full even after “fluffing” it. Second one we ordered never puffed up and we are receiving more foam to add. Hoping that fixes the problem with the second one.

I love this chair! It is high enough that I'm not sitting on the floor. The bed is comfy, too. It will take some practice getting the mattress into the cover but it's worth it. The only problem is that everyone claims that chair first so I rarely get to use it. I might need another!
