I am so happy with my purchase. Shipping - Actually arrived in a reasonable sized box but keep in mind - the king size is heavy. Get some help unpacking if you can. I did receive it in the 4th week so be patient, it's worth it. Assembly - After unpacking, we did have fun tossing the mattress around and rolling on it. We were out for the weekend and left it to restore itself. When we got back, we assembled it. Folded it into a taco, slid the cover on like a sock and bounced the whole thing around. The backrest pillow was easy to slide into its spot and will be very accessible and useful when we use the mattress. I do recommend 2 people for the assembly just to deal with the weight, but it wasn't difficult. Aesthetics - I chose the gray cover and it's really high quality. I love the look. It isn't JUST a beanbag. The Nest actually looks like an adult option and works in my home. Comfort - Okay - I knew it would be cozy, but its so much more. It's kind of like sitting in a hug. It supports you once you get comfortable. You don't sink or slide. The mattress is wonderful also. Its supportive and breathable, unlike an air mattress. Customer Service - The chat option on the site was a great tool. Fast answers on availability, shipping and account support. Very impressed. I am extremely satisfied with my purchase and will likely invest in other accessories and items. My friends sat in it and were discussing what color they are going to buy before they stood back up. I would say that indicates a pretty great product.

United StatesDelivered promptly and wasn’t too difficult to put together. I folded that king sized mattress like a taco and was able to zip it in on my own! At first it seemed like it was overstuffed. But after a week or so of use, it is perfect! The dogs and cats love it as much as the humans. Perfect for my basement family room!
