Exceptionally fast arrival time, really easy to fluff and put in the cover! Really comfy and saves so much space not having to keep beds up for the 1-2 guests that stop by every year or two! Awesome and will be ordering a second soon!!

After breaking this out of shipping, rubbing the foam together on several different occasions and letting it sit for beyond the recommended 48 hours - the product felt "flat". The customer service was terrific, they offered to send me more foam but my husband felt this wasn't going to improve the comfort of the foam significantly for him to love the product for the price. The cover we bought was super high quality, durable and a great color. We wanted to love it, but the foam just didn't seem to deliver the same quality we expected for the price and the videos and images we saw prior to purchase.

The sueded denim cover is attractive and soft. The chair is very comfortable and big enough for a small adult to sit/lay on. The mattress, once laid out and the filling distributed evenly, is also very comfortable. Everyone loves it- me, my kids, my pets. Very satisfied.
