This warranty covers manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship, including seams and zippers, with the exceptions stated below.

This warranty runs for the life of the product.
What is not covered
This warranty does not cover damage caused by pets, moisture, normal wear and tear, and/or discoloration caused by exposure to sunlight or chemicals such as ammonia, laundry detergent, or household bleach.
What CordaRoy's Will Do
CordaRoy's will repair or replace any part of the product that proves to be defective in materials or workmanship. In the event repair is not possible, CordaRoy's will replace your product with new product of similar composition and price. Shipping costs may apply.

Absolutely. We want you to be 100% happy and we understand that sometimes it just doesn't work out. Call us within 3 business days of receipt and we'll be happy to help. Holiday orders have until January 10th the following year.
Attention: Your CordaRoy's Sleeper will arrive vacuum packed. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept a return in the original packaging. Please note that shipping is not refunded. However, once the box is removed and the Sleeper expands, reboxing will be required and can be difficult. Re-shrink Video
Please consider the floor space required and weight of the product before ordering. Make sure you have the necessary space for a Sleeper in your home.
