WARRANTY INFORMATION

All CordaRoy's mattresses are covered by the terms of this Limited 10 Year Warranty. For purposes of this Limited Warranty, the term “product” means any mattress manufactured for CordaRoy's.

CordaRoy's warrants that it will, at its option, replace or repair Purchaser’s CordaRoy's product sold in the U.S. by an authorized retailer if that product is defective due to faulty workmanship or materials, subject to the limitations described in this Limited Warranty. CordaRoy's undertakes no responsibility for the quality of the goods except as otherwise provided in this contract. There are no warranties that extend beyond the description on the face hereof.

This Limited Warranty is valid only in connection with the original purchase of new products from authorized retailers and extends from the original purchase date of the original product purchased.

An “original purchaser” for the purposes of this Limited Warranty is an individual or entity who purchases the product directly from CordaRoy's or an authorized retailer of CordaRoy's with the intent to use the product for personal consumer use and not for commercial or industrial use and not with the intent to resell the product.

An “authorized retailer” is an individual or entity authorized by CordaRoy's to sell products directly to original Purchasers. An individual or entity that purchases the product from whatever source with the intent to resell the product is an unauthorized reseller (“unauthorized reseller”).

This Limited Warranty does not apply to floor models or “demos” (except as specifically provided herein) or to products sold by unauthorized resellers, including without limitation, unauthorized resellers on third-party websites, including, without limitation, Craigslist, eBay, Amazon, etc. Unauthorized resellers are not “original purchasers” for the purpose of this Limited Warranty.

If Purchaser is not the original purchaser of this product, Purchaser takes the product “AS IS,” “with all faults” and without warranty. If the purchase of this product was not directly from CordaRoy's, proof of purchase will be required to demonstrate that Purchaser is the original purchaser and the product was purchased from an authorized retailer, and eligible to make a valid claim under this limited warranty.

THIS MATTRESS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER:

• Normal wear and tear or any condition resulting from misuse or failure to keep the mattress clean and free of stains and unsanitary conditions.
• A normal increase in softness due to regular usage.
• Comfort preference: Any description of a mattress’s comfort level is a guideline, and CordaRoy's does not guarantee the firmness or softness of any mattress.
• Mold, odors, or discoloration caused by improper care, including but not limited to liquid spills, poor ventilation, or exposure to excessive water or humidity.
• Damage from improper bed frames, foundations, box springs, or bases.
• Imperfections that do not prevent ordinary use, such as:

In addition, the following conditions will void your Warranty:

• Any unsanitary condition.
• Burns.
• Use of the product on an improper bed frame.
• Physical abuse of the mattress.
• Attempts to clean the mattress improperly.
• Improper storage of the mattress (e.g., in damp locations or areas infested with insects or rodents).
• Purchase from unauthorized resellers.

MAKING A CLAIM

To make a valid claim under this Mattress Warranty:

1. Fill out a warranty form from our Q&A section on our website. This form should include a brief description of the defect and how it is affecting the mattress's performance.

CordaRoy's reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to send a representative or independent mattress inspector to physically inspect the mattress before accepting your claim under this Mattress Warranty. Your Mattress Warranty may be voided if you refuse to cooperate with an investigation, provide adequate responses, or comply with any provisions of this warranty.

The serviceable area for all CordaRoy's products is limited to the 48 contiguous United States. If your product is located outside of this boundary, you are responsible for any associated pick-up and return costs.
