Can I return it?

Yes! We want you to be 100% thrilled with your purchase. Submit a return request within 30 days of receipt and we'll help you set up the return.

Note: Return shipping costs are paid by the customer.

Holiday orders: Orders placed between November-December have until January 15th of the following year.

Setup & Assembly

Is assembly required?

Your CordaRoy's arrives vacuum-packed. Simply remove the bed from plastic, place it in the cover, and fluff to activate the foam. It may take 3-7 days to fully expand.

If you feel lumps, massage and break them apart through the fabric - normal use will continue softening the foam.

Adding or removing foam

Each liner has a child-safe zipper that can be opened with a paperclip. To adjust firmness, unzip the liner and add or remove foam. Save any excess for later.

Kids usually prefer softer; adults prefer firmer.

Tips for making the inner bed more comfortable

When unfolded, the bed is full of air and feels fluffy. Flip it a few times like a pancake to distribute foam evenly. Let it sit flat to firm up before sleeping.

Bonus tip: Use a thick blanket or try the "human rolling pin" technique to remove excess air.

How comfortable is the inner bed?

Extremely.

More comfortable than airbeds, pull-outs, or futons.

Never goes flat.

Ideal for guests, naps, or everyday lounging.

While not a replacement for a permanent mattress, many customers use them long-term with no complaints.

Our furniture has three parts: outer cover, inner liner, and foam fill.

Outer cover: Machine wash and dry (check care tag).

Inner liner: Spot-clean only with mild soap and water.

Foam: Shredded furniture-grade polyfoam. Just fluff when needed.

How to fluff your bean bag

Think of it like a pillow - give it a shake or roll it on its side to redistribute foam. Rotate and push the foam around every so often to keep it lofty and comfortable.

Watch your bed expand

Your insert is compressed to 1/8 its size for shipping. After unpacking, the foam will expand within 3-5 days. Fluff it through the liner to speed things up.

Is the foam safe?

Yes - our CertiPUR-US® certified foam is:

  • Made without ozone depleters, mercury, lead, or heavy metals.
  • Free from harmful flame retardants and formaldehyde.
  • Low VOC (less than 0.5 ppm).

Child-safe zippers lock closed, requiring a paperclip to access.

Manufacturer defects in materials or workmanship, including seams and zippers (slides and pulls).

What's not covered

Damage from pets, moisture, normal wear, discoloration, or chemical exposure (for example, bleach).

How long does it take to ship?

Products are custom-made and ship within 3 business days from Florida or Mississippi. You'll receive tracking info via email (check spam if missing).

Where do you ship?

We ship free to the contiguous U.S.

AK and HI: Additional charge.

Canada: Duties and taxes not included.

International: Customer handles shipping and returns.

We don't ship to PO boxes or APOs.

Our main carrier is FedEx Ground.

Gift tip: Packaging clearly shows contents - send to another address to keep surprises.
