Shipping policy
Custom-made and shipped from the US within 3-5 business days! Transit times vary.
Your order will ship from our factory located in Mississippi.
You will receive tracking info via email. Please check your spam folder if you suspect trouble then contact us.
All purchases are processed in the order in which they are received. After processing your product is filled with polyfoam, packaged, and shipped via FedEx Ground. (orders outside the contiguous US may use other carriers) This "fill to order" process does require extra time but ensures the freshness of your foam product.
We recommend that you unbox your compressed foam product as soon as possible. Polyfoam will ALWAYS re-fluff but may take a little longer if left compressed for several weeks.
Gift Giving
If this is a gift, keep in mind the outside of our packaging indicates what is inside the box. Ensure your surprise by sending to a location separate from the recipient.
Moving soon but want to take advantage of one of our sales? Different times of year will call for different processing and shipping times. We generally are able to stay within the 3 business day mark for processing and shipping, however, this number changes on occasion due to unforeseen circumstances. If you are moving, reach out to us first! Let us help you make the right decision about when to place an order, potentially holding an order for you, and also rain-checking discounts! Where do you ship?
The short answer is we'll ship mostly anywhere.
We offer free shipping to the contiguous United States. AK and HI at an additional charge.
If you live outside the contiguous United States, add products to your shopping cart and go to checkout for a shipping quote.
We typically use FedEx shipping carriers.
We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APOs.
International shipping (including returns) is to be handled by the customer.
CANADA: Duties and taxes are not included in the price.
