Shipping is free to the lower 48 states.

The 12″ Hybrid Cooling Mattress has the Cordaroys limited lifetime guarantee. The 14″ Copper Lux™ Hybrid and 12″ Cooling Memory Foam have a 10-year limited warranty from their manufacturer.

Each mattress page explains its return steps under Shipping & returns. For the 12″ Hybrid, donate it to a registered charity and share the receipt for a full refund. For the 14″ and 12″, request a return and our team arranges it with you.
