Great experience overall, from the time of unboxing to folding it into a chair. It's so comfy and soft. I gave the mattress the full 7 days to fluff up and I massaged it. Worked out Great! I've successfully taken cozy naps on both the mattress and the chair. Very comfortable. Definitely recommend.

I ordered the queen chair and it's so over poweringly big for the room! I'm not happy with it because of the size but don't have a clue how to return an item so LARGE!
