If your CordaRoys product ever has a manufacturing defect, we’ll repair or replace it — no matter how long you’ve had it.

Covered:
• Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship
• Seams and zippers (slides and pulls)
Not Covered:
• Damage from pets, moisture, or normal wear and tear
(Replacement parts available for purchase.)

If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of receipt.

Holiday orders (Nov–Dec): returns accepted until January 15 of the following year.
International returns: shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
