Footstool
I purchased the chinchilla footstool to go with the king size beanbag chair. I love the footstool. I’m a small person so I don’t know that I really needed it because the chair is so big. I will use it either with the beanbag or with another chair. Thank you for making such comfortable and functional furniture!

Awesome foot stool
I Really didn’t think I would need a foot stool , but I’m really glad we got one it is completely comfortable with my bean bag to just kick up your feet and relax!


Foam Nightmare
After receiving two queen size nest bags, I spent more time than I wanted trying to open up and de-clump all the foam. Then continued to do this over the next two days because the bags seemed like they were half filled with foam. I then put one bag in the cover and sure enough a half filled looking bag. Then called the company and relayed the issues, the solution was hey why don’t we ship you more foam. I said no I don’t want to figure out in my end how much foam should be in these bags, this product should come to me with the right amount. I sent them pictures and they agreed, yes that doesn’t look right. They then said it would be my expense to ship stuff back??? I said you have to be kidding, this was your mistake not mine. They relented and said ok, we will pay for shipping but what you need to do is remove all the foam from the bags and just ship back the bags and covers. I don’t know why I didn’t throw up on that right away, so I agreed to try. My wife and I had this huge plastic bag from a mattress we just had shipped to us so we opened one of the queen bags and began dumping the multicolored foam pieces into the plastic bag. What a colossal mess. The foam goes everywhere and we filled this giant plastic bag and only managed to get half the foam out of one queen bag. I stopped and said honey no way we are going to keep doing this, I am calling them back tomorrow and saying that it is unreasonable to ask your customers to dispose all this foam. Also horrible for the environment to dump it into the trash. So I called and said the above at which time they said ok we really don’t need the inner bag and foam just ship back the covers??? Oh thanks for putting us through **** to get to this point and I still have to figure out how to put these massive bags in the trash just to get my refund??? Suffice it to say, if you don’t live the product it is almost impossible to get a refund. Fix your customer service strategy and stop making people dump your foam into land fills.

We do not require the foam to be removed from the beanbag inserts for a return, only footstools and NEST pillows, so I'm sorry for the confusion there!
