In fact, it took us a lot of experimentation to find the right balance of authentic-feeling leather that is also safe for machine washing and drying - no expensive trip to the dry cleaner required.
At first, we considered using real leather, but we quickly realized that real leather does not allow air to pass through, or "breathe" as we like to say, making it extremely hot and uncomfortable. Real leather may be great for baseball gloves but when it comes to CordaRoy's convertible bean bags, the best leather is our Faux Leather or Vegan Leather.

Each Classic and NEST bean bag includes a full, queen, or king-size shredded polyfoam bed inside, allowing it to be used as both a chair and a sleeper.
How do I fluff or adjust the foam?
Each chair includes an inner liner with a child-safe zipper. Use a paperclip to unlock it, then add or remove foam to adjust firmness as needed.
How long does it take to expand after unboxing?
The foam is vacuum-packed. Let it expand for 24–48 hours or manually fluff it to speed up the process.
How do I clean it?
The outer covers are machine-washable and dryer-safe. Inner liners should be spot cleaned only. We recommend using a waterproof protector for extra protection.
What's the warranty?

How is the nest different from the original?
The NEST is the Classic turned on its side, featuring a wider lounging surface and built-in ergonomic head and neck support.
What sizes and fabrics are available?
Both styles are available in Full, Queen, and King sizes. Fabric options include chenille, terry corduroy, faux fur, bunny fur, chinchilla, and cloud.

Lovely addition to our home
As one can attest nowadays, when ordering online a buyer really needs to be aware! What may look like high quality can easily be purchased, only for it to arrive looking nothing like the pic, and get zero support from the company thereafter. Although the pics of Cordaroy's were great enough to grab our interest, the support we received from Taylor during the process of picking fabrics and asking several questions, and receiving the end product looks even better in person. We splurged for the Queen bean bag in 'Cognac' faux leather, and couldn't be more happy. In a home where it will get a lot of action--be it a Friday night stretch out in front of the TV, a quick bed for an unexpected guest, or a nice spot to plop after a hard day... we are happy to have it in our home and support American made products! Big thanks goes to Taylor in customer service--you were so helpful and patient every time we asked for your help!

Totally worth it
My sister and her husband stayed with me for the holidays and they were amazed when I turned my bean bag into a mattress, which they found it really comfortable and convenient. They were so jealous because their bean bag doesn't do that xD Bottom line, best bean bag ever!

Surprising how comfy
It actually is really comfy and I had my son and his gf sleep on the mattress during holidays and they said it was better than an inflatable just need a heed rest so they used the couch for that

The whole family is in Love
